We’ve been hard at work adapting and preparing for your next relaxing, peaceful, healthy AND safe visit. We are adhering to all the latest guidance from the Belize Ministry of Health & Wellness. We have enhanced our already high sanitation standards to provide for all guests, customers and our employees a safe environment.
- Wellness checks- Daily checks are done to all employees so as to ensure our team members are healthy to serve you.
- Sanitation- Frequent sanitizing of all high contact areas are done or immediately as per needs. Hand sanitizer stations available on main focal points of the property.
- Masks- All employees are required to use masks while at work and gloves when necessary to help maintain a safe working environment.
We’re the Ideal Social Distancing Getaway
Our private property is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town area. Your guest rooms are away from the front desk and restaurant. We assure you that your visit to our tranquil property will feel safe and secure.
We are taking the following steps to optimize safety:
- We are following recommended social distancing practices faithfully, including no-contact behaviors with guests (sadly, no more hugs or handshakes). Hugs in the air!
- Sanitizing surfaces rigorously and continuously in all public areas.
- Frequently washing hands and using hand sanitizer between washings.
We look forward to welcoming you to our property. We assure you that while your overall experience will be as delightful as usual, here is what you should expect:
- Pre-registration: A Pre-Registration is required before your arrival via email. So as to help limit your time spent checking in. Guest room management that allows maximum time between guest stays.
- Check-in Modifications: A modified arrivals process that follows social distancing guidelines. The floor is properly marked for your convenience. Upon check-in, we will no longer give a tour of the building, but rather tell our guests about our property’s spaces and amenities.
- New Policies for Check-in: Check-in is limited to one person at a time. The other guest can sit and wait comfortably either in the mini waiting area, lobby area or the terrace for your convenience.
- Touchless Infrared Temperature Check: At check-in time you will be asked to check your temperature.
- Daily Maid Service: Due to the virus there is no Maid Service, should you require fresh linens. Please call front desk at extension ‘0’; we will happily take it to your room.
- Payment: Payment preferred via credit card; all cash will be sanitized in front of the guest/customer by the front desk.
- Check-out Modifications: You do not have to visit the front desk upon departure. Please call us at extension number ‘0’. Please let us know when you are leaving. Our front desk will certainly call you early evening to ensure all is well. Your correct email is required at check-in time; so that we are email your receipt. Hand sanitizer stations are located on the main focal points of our property. Check out rooms: Rooms are placed on ‘Not in Use’ for three days, therefore on the evening before check-out. Front desk is responsible to remind guest that room key can be left on the night table, need their kind cooperation to turn off all electrical items such as lights, ceiling fans, Television and air conditioner. Confirm once again for email address so as to send via email (paperless/contactless) check-out final invoice.
We here at Tony’s Inn have always prided ourselves on maintaining a pristine environment for your comfort and relaxation. In an effort to give you a peace of mind, we’re doubling down by:
- Providing touch free hand sanitizer stations for the front desk and Cielo restaurant.
- All employees are equipped with their own hand sanitizers.
- We will wipe down all common areas 3 times a day with approved products from health department or whenever immediately needed.
- Enhanced cleaning protocols in all common spaces and continual cleanings of high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
- Ice available upon request or at Cielo restaurant. Guest will no longer have access to the ice machine freely as it was available before.
- Zero contact daily room refresh not available: Upon request we will leave linens, towels and amenities at your door. No maid service available for one to four nights stay. If guests require change of linen, request must be done before 9 am at the front desk at extension ‘0’. Housekeeping will hand deliver fresh linen and provide a laundry bag for the dirty linen.
